Green Melange

Step one: If indoor room temp is below 76 degrees, melt coconut oil by immersing the bottle in a bowl of warm water. Alternatively, find a warm spot in your home to keep it melted.
Step two: Put the following ingredients in a small bowl. Open all capsules and pour out contents.
2 – 3 Tbs. freshly ground golden flax or whole hemp seeds
1 – 2 Tbs. Bee Pollen
1 – 3 caps Primal Digest digestive enzymes
2 caps Seaweed Energy powdered kelp/dulse blend
1½ tsp. Friendly Force prebiotic+probiotic powder
¼ – 1 tsp. Primal AFA Green Klamath Lake blue green algae
1 – 3 Tbs. Vitamineral Green whole food powdered greens blend +
2 – 4 caps Açai Resveratrol Antioxidant Extreme (opt.)
Stir well then add:
1 – 3 drops D3 Serum
1 – 2 tsp. EFA Blend and/or 1 Tbs. Flora Vegetarian DHA-Flax Oil
1 – 2 Tbs. Coconut Oil
Stir oils into powders until you get a fudge-like consistency. Then add:
1 – 3 Tbs. Goji Berries
And stir again. Enjoy! Chew slowly and consciously, until each mouthful is the consistency of juice.
With the recent introduction into the marketplace of freshly bottled, raw coconut water, I’ve been experimenting lately with stirring in about ¾ – 1 cup of Harmless Harvest Coconut Water as a final step to make a gruel or porridge. It’s yummy and synergistic!
