Chocolate Bliss – by the gallon
1½ cups SunFire Super Foods Chocolate Bliss powder
¾ cup SunFire Super Foods Vanilla Agave Nectar
2 tbs. SunFire Super Foods Ultra Tocos (opt.)
¼ tsp. SunFire Salt (opt.)
14 cups Pure Water
High speed blender directions (Vitamix or similar):
Pour Vanilla Agave into blender and then add dry ingredients. Add approximately 2 cups water. Blend on low for a few seconds to start and then blend on high for approximately one minute. Then fill blender to 8 cup mark with pure water and blend on low until thoroughly mixed. Pour into 1 gallon container. Fill blender again with 8 cups of water. Blend on high for a few seconds. Add this water to the 1 gallon container. Shake well and chill. Yield 1 gallon.
(Tip: I like to use four individual one quart glass mason jars. After I blend the first 8 cups of liquid, I pour off 2 cups into each jar. Then I rinse the blender as above and fill each jar to the top.)
