Fiesta Molé Soup

(All measurements are approximate – experiment to your own taste.)
1/8 cup SunFire Super Foods Fiesta Molé
1/2 tsp SunFire Salt
2 cups fresh or frozen veggies of choice
2 – 4 cups pure water
Optional additions for variations:
2 Tbs. Hemp seeds, Chia Seeds or flax seeds
avocado
1 Tbs. Spirulina
1 tsp. Primal AFA Green
1 Tbs. raw apple cider vinegar
fresh lemon juice
cayenne
ginger
handful of Dulse
Blend on high until smooth.
Goes great with flax crackers, dulse by the handful and/or avocado.
Easy to make in the morning or the night before to take with you during your busy day!
Experiment with different vegetables and spices. Frozen veggies are a helpful time saver.
